What is the difference between F***-off and F*** right off?

No real difference between the two. I've never heard the second one. Just trying to make more emphatic something that's already pretty maximal...

No difference really except in the second the person is simply trying to emphasise how angry/upset they are. I can't really imagine it in AmE but I've heard it plenty of times in BrE. It can also be used as not part of the imperative. Consider the following (slightly implausible) conversation:

- A guy tried to steal my wallet last night.
- No way! What did you do?
- I kicked him as hard as I could and yelled "F**k off!"
- Wow. What happened?
- Believe it or not - he actually f**ked right off!

You do hear it in BrE- it's a more emphatic piece of rudeness, where just telling someone to f*** off is not enough.

Definitely not in AmE. Reading it this way sounds BrE ;-)
