"We got in and my comrades fell right and left off me".

I watch an interview and a german veteran said this. What does this "my comrades fell right and left off me" mean?

The video is called "German WW2 veteran describes killing a French soldier in a bayonet charge". Check at 00.07.

It's "my comrades fell right and left of me". We understand 'to the' before 'right'.

When spoken with a German accent, "of" can sound much like off.

No. People were falling on both sides (left and right) of him.

Comrades fell right and left of me = comrades who were standing to my right fell, and comrades who were standing to my left also fell.

Using "the left of me" can be used in a similar way to "my left.
She is standing to my left.
She is standing to the left of me.
