Feet is ahead

Hi guys,

Can we say "Your one foot is ahead of other". If somebody's feet are not leveled while standing.

"One of your feet is in front of the other."; "One foot is in front of the other."
"Your one foot" doesn't work - it implies that the person has only one foot, in which case it can't be in front of the other, which isn't there.

If the two feet were on different levels, "ahead" is not the correct word. You could use "higher" or "lower". One foot ahead of the other is the normal way we walk on level ground.

Unless you are a golf instructor or a batting instructor, why would you ever need to say this?

Yes that is what I want to say, if a person is standing in the way we walk. One foot ahead and one backwatds.

But we don't walk with one foot pointing ahead, and other backwards.
