More natural would be "She is five feet tall."

I would say it's an adjective.

Does that help you understand the sentence better?

She is five feet in height.

I found the sentence in a dictionary. Please tell us which dictionary and which single word you were looking up at the time.

("快譯通 MD8100") I have no idea what the Chinese characters or the numbers mean.

Is the phrase "in height" an adjective or an adverb? It's not a phrase. It's simply two words.

Thanks. Unnecessary. Thank us after we help you, by adding the "Thanks" icon to any response you find useful.
Please note my corrections above. Once you've provided the source and answered Rover's question in post #3, we'll be able to help you further.
For information, in BrE, we'd say either "She's five foot tall" or "She's five feet tall".
