How do I improve this sentence:
A good employee should be flexible, should able to perform any task given to her.
Is there another word that I can use better than "flexible", and "perform any task". please help me improve this sentence.

I think an employee able to perform any task is 'versatile'.

Not a teacher.

"Versatile" is a better word choice. The sentence is not grammatical though. Replace the comma with the word "and."

(It's not very realistic. I am considered a pretty good employee but I can't repair the company jet or perform emissions testing on the power plant stacks.)

It can be. It's a matter of style to include repeated words or not.

'Be' is absent between 'should' and 'able', so I think 'should' should be removed.

Not a teacher.

If you mean the original sentence should be 'A good employee should be flexible and able to perform any task given to her', I agree with you. However, I agree with Barb that what it says is "not very realistic.":-D

It is logical to assume that the boss will not assign impossible tasks to an employee.

Yes, you are right. Either repeat "should be" or delete it, but not just "should be x, and should y" in that sentence. I often repeat the verb if one links to an adjective and one to a verb, but it's a matter of style.
