Hello everybody!

While browsing a certificate about hot finished seamless steel tubes, I came across a somewhat strange sentence.
The sentence reads as follows:

For B-sign, name of the Polish accredited certifucation authorities that issued the national certificate of conformity.
Not to be overlooked is the fact that a capital letter B stands to the left of the sentence in question.

In my opinion, the bolded sentence could be understood to mean:

A) As for B-sign, it is the name of the Polish accredited certifucation authorities that issued the national certificate of conformity.

or

B) As far as B-sign is concerned, it is the name of the Polish accredited certifucation authorities that issued the national certificate of conformity.

In addition to this piece of information, the document contains a lot of other information like impact tests, tensile tests and so on.

Could someone help me with the sentence.

The author is of the Ukrainian extraction.

I can't begin to guess what the writer meant. You'd have to contact their company to find out.

It's not a sentence. It's sloppy writing.
