B: these are important conditions to completing the general task in the transition period.
C: these are important conditions to complete the general task in the transition period.

Dear teacher,

A is taken from a book, and I suppose it is correct. But as a learner, I am confused about whether I can use B and C to convey the same idea as A. Could you tell me which of A,B and C work for you and why? Thanks.
