"FIDE takes official action against Vladmir Kramnik for igniting repeated cheating charges against Daniel Naroditsky."

Does "ignite" get fixed here correctly?

Source: news paper.

Note that I have removed the bold and enormous font from your quoted sentence. Please post in the default font and size.

1. What do you mean by "Does "ignite" get fixed?"?
2. Writing "newspaper" (note that it's one word, not two) isn't enough. You need to name the newspaper and the name of the journalist.

1. I meant that is "ignite" a proper word in that sentence or should I use another word there?
2. Hindustan Times

Note how many words in your question were redundant. "Ignite" is grammatically possible in the original. "Fixed" was incorrect in your question.
2. Hindustan Times
And the name of the author/journalist? We shouldn't have to ask twice.

I think your question suggests that you think it's not the charges that are ignited, which is how the word order of the sentence reads, but rather it's Kramnik's allegations that have ignited a reaction, not just in Naroditsky, but in the wider world of chess, which is why FIDE had to step in. If that's what you're thinking, then yes, I think you have a decent point. It all depends on what you think the object of transitive 'ignite' ought to be.
