for the introduction speech

Good morning every one,
Good morning each and every one, I heard "every body" is not good useage. Which one is good usage.
Thank you.
 
"Everybody" and "everyone" are single words.

I would use "everyone" but my preference for that over "everybody" is probably just personal.

There is no point to saying "each and every one" in this context.
