[Grammar] Future perfect tense

Can someone tell me if this is correct:

If you will have gone to store, please, buy me a pack of cigarettes.

No, it's not correct.

'If you're going to the store, please buy me a pack of cigarettes.'

What made you use "future perfect tense" at all? What do you want to say that you can't say with "if you are going ..." ? Anything special??
