in FP we use will have + past part/V3.

Is this sentence still considered FP because it contains a stative?

"By 2015, millions of televisions will have been made by the new company."

Thanks~

Sure it's future perfect - but in the passive.

This company makes TV sets; new sets are made by this company.
This company will have made millions of TV set; millions of TV sets will have been made.

There's not stative verb here - just a bunch of axiliary verbs supporting "to make."

The typo demon strikes again. The verbs are 'helping' verbs rather than anything to do with the armpits.

ps. could we call whiff and pong axillary verbs, do you think?
