Yoga instructor to the yoga learners.

"Please open your legs and make some gap between both legs and gap should be equal to the length of your shoulders".

Please check.

If the yoga students are standing, it's simply "Please stand with your feet shoulder-width apart".

We don't say "Please open your legs" in that context. We don't usually refer to "a gap between both legs" nor to the "length of your shoulders".

Is my sentence is totally incorrect?

Yes, it is.

Please open your legs and make some gap between both legs and gap should be equal to the length of your shoulders.

I have underlined the parts which are totally wrong.

The proper instruction should say "gap between your feet". Legs aren't straight, so if you make a space between your knees, or your ankles, etc. there will be gaps of many continuous sizes between your legs, depending on where you measure the gap.
The gap between your hips (the top of the lower limb) is relatively fixed.
"Stand with your feet apart, level with your shoulders" is an understandable expression.
