Hello everybody!

All legal relations with Gutek company shall be governed by the General Conditions of Sale and Delivery of Gutek as lastly filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Happy Town, Fantasy Land on 31.04.2017 under numbers ????????, ???????? and ???????? and they will upon request be made available without charge and can be consulted at www.

Do the marked fragments in that above sentence mean "General Conditions of Sale and Delivery of Gutek that were finally filed with the Chamber of Commerce" and "can be discussed/talked about at www", respectively?

What do you think?

For obvious reasons of confidentiality, I made up strange-sounding places.

How about:

- the latest version
- can be perused?

It's not a very natural text, and lastly filed doesn't work for me. There are other issues. This would be more natural to me:

they will be made available upon request

I am sorry for not replying to your answers.I would like to make sure that I understand what you wrote.
General Conditions of Sale and Delivery of Gutek, the latest version of which was filed with the Chamber of Commerce or General Conditions of Sale and Delivery of Gutek, whose latest version was filed with the Chamber of Commerce.

What's the difference in meaning between those two?

I prefer of which.

No difference at all, I admit.
