What does "Get your bobby hug" mean?

Source: (only a pic)

The link doesn't work for me. Without seeing the picture or more context, I can only guess that it refers to receiving a hug from a London policeman...

That doesn't for for me either - it looks like a link to a directory on your personal computer.

If you've saved a copy to your computer, you can upload it directly by inserting it via the 'insert image' button from response tab (third button from the right).

The link in post 1 works for me. Here's the image (sorry, enlarging it doesn't work but it should be readable on screen below):

I have no idea what it means. Maybe someone called Bobby lives nearby and is offering free hugs!

They may not even be free! ;-)

I'd discounted the possibility of a person because I assumed it wasn't a name since it wasn't capitalized in the OP. A good demonstration of the importance of capitalization to differentiate common and proper nouns.

In the OP's defence, the whole sign is written in capitals in the photo so if the OP had no idea what it meant, he/she also wouldn't have known to capitalise "Bobby". And that is, of course, if it is a name!

I have absolutely no idea, and would probably ride a bit faster to get away from the hugger.

We're clearly differently-risk-averse! I'd have stopped and looked for more signs and directions, out of sheer curiosity.
