Have I made any mistakes?

Gina went into her son's room, stepping on scattered Legos and almost falling to the ground. "Do you want me to sprain my ankle?" she asked. Little Tom looked up at her with his innocent eyes and smiled. "You're like you father. I always have to tidy up after him," Gina said and started sweeping the Legos off the carpet.

In BE we say Lego bricks. Legos is AE usage.

I wouldn't even use "bricks". It's just "Lego" for me, but always in the uncountable singular.

There's Lego all over the floor.
Pick up your Lego right now.
How many bits of Lego have you got?
