Call me when you wake up.
Phone me when you wake up.
Phone/call me when you get up.
Ring me when get up.
Phone/call me once you got up.
Give me a call when you get up.

I would like to see alternatives. Commonly used ones, please.

Why would you need a longer list than that?

I need some expressions I have not seen yet, if possible, please.

Phone/call me once you got up.

This one's wrong. It should be, 'Phone/call me once you've got up'.
Otherwise, the list is fine.

'Phone/call/ring me as soon as you get up/wake up.'
Can it be added onto the list?

Yes, it can, Matthew.

Odessa Dawn, you can double the list by adding 'please' to each one.

Would only few people say 'telephone me'?

I wouldn't say "telephone me". It's not grammatically incorrect but it sounds very formal, even for formal situations. I would use "Ring me" as my first preference, then "Phone me" and "Call me". I would also use "Give me a ring".

Just for the sake of learning, ems.

Just for the sake of learning, I think 'make a telephone call to me' is not grammatically incorrect either, but it is wordy.
