Situation 1.
Son: Where are you going?
Mom: To the store.
Son: I'm going with you.
Mom: No
Son: I'm coming with you.


Situation 2.
Son: Where are you going?
Mom: To the store.
Son: I'm coming with you.
Mom: No

I am not sure what role the mother's no plays in the conversation. You could use either go or come in the first offer.
