I want to mean seeing a doctor. Are all correct? Do they have the same meaning? Which one is more common in the place you live?

In my part of the UK, it's "I'm going to the doctor's".

In most parts of China, we use the first one and the second one.

In British English "doctor's" may be used to mean the surgery rather than a specific medical professional.

I might say "I'm going to the doctor's for my flu vaccination" even though it will be administered by a nurse.
