grammar É please answer.

ok so i was reading this book and i came across a sentence that says
"i am so frustrated that i can`t explain." so my question is can you leave out the "that"
and say " i am so frustrated i can`t explain. does this still mean the same thing or does it become a broken sentence. É - this e thing is my questionmark. for some reason i keep getting this when i hit the questionmark button.,

Chriskim, please use capital letters for the first person pronoun and the first word of a sentence.

You can leave out 'that'.
