Subject + Aux Verb +main verb

Theschool was founded in 2002.
past simple passive
something that began in the past and still continues

1 & 3 are wrong, and 2 is incomplete unless you are only looking at the verb.

#1 -How about this? subject (I) + simple past irregular verb (went); simple past of 'to go'

#2 - Do you mean that I didn't identify that the verb "speak" is a base verb?

#3 - Theschool was founded in 2002.
past simple passive INFINITIVE
something that began in the past and ENDED?

Thanks!
