[h=5]Here's a grammar riddle...
Can you tell me what is wrong with this question?[/h]
I've been trying so hard, but couldn't find any mistake with it. Our teacher told us there is a basic grammar mistake!!! Any help?

It'a a philosophical mistake rather than a grammatical one. There is nothing that can usefully be defined as 'this question'.

You could get extra kudos by pointing out that any sentence with a referent that points to itself, or to nowhere, doesn't make sense by itself.
And absurd or false sentences are not necessarily ungrammatical.
For example, there are no grammatical errors below (unless I've made a typo):
"Well, it sure seemed like it."
"This sentence starts with a verb."
"I am not!"
"I don't think that's true at all."

Now, if your sentence were part of a longer question, there might be nothing at all wrong with it:
"'Is butter made how?' Can you tell me what is wrong with this question?"

Then there is the quote from Douglas Adams, "Don't believe anything you read."
