[Grammar] "had been"&"have being"

e.g.
I have been UK 3 years ago.
I have being UK 3years.

Pls points me which one is correct,if anyone who can help me,thanks

Neither.

We do not normally use a present perfect when the action/state referred to is located clearly in the past.

So - I was in the UK 3 years ago.

[STRIKE]I have being[/STRIKE] is not a possible construction in English.

If you are talking about a period begun in the past and extending up to the present, then the present perfect is fine:

I have been in the UK for 3 years.
