Hello,

Can the adjective "hard-working" be used not only for people who work hard, but also for people who perform other activities, as in the example:

- Peter is a hard-working student.
- Mary is a hard-working mom.

And one more question: Sometimes I see this word without the hifen, which one is correct?

And one more question: Sometimes I see this adjective without the hyphen. Which one is correct? 'hard-working'.
