Hi

Change your life for the better like many before you have already done (that).

--- Do I need "that" at the end or not?

Thanks

No. It would be incorrect.

No. If you want to use "that", you would have to remove "like" and split it over two sentences.

Change your life for the better. Many people before you have already done that.

Note that although your original sentence is fine without "that" at the end, I would be more likely to say "Change your life for the better like many before you already have".

I had to read that sentence four times before I understood the meaning.
Change you life for the better, as many before you have already done.

The comma and changing "like" to "as" would improve its readability significantly for me.
