Can I say: "Have fun...and enjoy yourselves" to present a show?

It's fine, although some might suggest it's tautology, as "Have fun" and "Enjoy yourselves" mean pretty much the same thing.

It depends on the show: if it's a fun show, then use both - it shows how enthusiastic you are about what you're introducing.
