Can you please help me with the following. "In Useful Expression - Live English Lesson" at 20:55 the teacher is saying something like "by all means you have it talk in". Is it correct? What's the meaning of this expression?

It would be transcribed as "By all means. You have it! Tuck in!"
 
Tuck in to a single biscuit? I would need a few on the plate to tuck in.
