What is the correct answer?
Q: Have you already tried my program so far?
A1: No, I had no time yet.
A2: No, I have not had time yet.

I guess A2 is correct, but I would also like to know when A1 can be used

In the question either "already" or "so far" is redundant. A2 is correct, A1 is incorrect.

I agree that either already or so far is redundant, but I would add that "Have you tried my program so far?" would not be a particularly good sentence. "Have you tried my program yet?" would be better.

As far as the answer is concerned, A2 is correct. I cannot think of a situation where A1 would be used as it makes no sense. The use of the word "yet" suggests that the situation continues, therefore "I have not had time" would be used, not "I had no time".

If the question was "Did you try my program last week?" you would be able to answer "No, I had no time".
