When we use ''hair'' do we say have or has? Or can both have/has be used depending on how it is used in the sentence? Please include some examples too. Thanks! :)

One single strand of hair is 'a hair', and is followed by a singular verb form. The growth on top of our head is 'hair', uncountable, and is also followed by a singular verb form.
