Please tell the meaning of this expression.

"A" was captured by an army and rescued by "B".
But B's resucue plan failed, so they shifted to the next plan.
But again, it failed.
Then A said to B...

"I have some thoughts for the next go ‘round."

What does it mean?

A "go-round" (usually hyphenated) is one of a series of often similar actions aiming to achieve a particular result: "The first go-round didn't work and the second was a disaster".
So here "the next go-round" refers to the third attempt and he's saying: "I have some ideas as to how we should approach the next escape attempt".
