In my humble opinion the first one is more likely. However, it seems like something a supervisor might say to an employee. If it's a friend I would probably say, "Did you get everything?" That would be understood to mean that I was asking if the person got what he/she was supposed to get. You could also say, "Did you get everything on the list?"
A: Did you get everything on the list?
B: Not only did I get everything on the list, but I got us some carrot cake.
