Have you checked the purchased items as per the grocery list?

Please check them.

What's the question? Which is more natural?

I am asking my friend the questions after completing the purchase at a supermarket.

In my humble opinion the first one is more likely. However, it seems like something a supervisor might say to an employee. If it's a friend I would probably say, "Did you get everything?" That would be understood to mean that I was asking if the person got what he/she was supposed to get. You could also say, "Did you get everything on the list?"

A: Did you get everything on the list?
B: Not only did I get everything on the list, but I got us some carrot cake.
😊

Thanks for your version. May I know what context can we use "against" and "as per"?

"Have you checked them against the list?" might work.

"As per" is a bit formal for everyday conversation, but I understand it's the tendency in India to use formal language.
