Is it wrong to say “He’ll be back after an hour.”

I wouldn't use it, but it doesn't sound wrong and may be used in some regions.

Is it wrong to say “He’ll be back after an hour.”

They mean different things.

1. He'll be back in 60 minutes.

2. He'll be back after 60 minutes.
