Please note my changes above. It would have helped if you had copied the question and the options yourself. When I clicked on the link, I saw that the first line was punctuated properly on the linked website, and the options were laid out one below the other (as suggested in post #8).

Anyhow, I don't know who is in charge of that website but, if I were you, I wouldn't take any English advice from it if that's the standard of its advice.

The head sentence is ungrammatical and incorrectly written, and the given 'correct' answer is completely wrong.

You should close that website and never return to it, Luis. It's awful.

The most natural for me is C). B & D) are grammatically possible, but not conversational. A) is definitely wrong. I opened the site and looked at one of the other quizzes, and it was awful- virtually every single question had at least one error, and some were barely comprehensible.
