This would be correct:

I can't marry you. It would be illicit (for me).

But it's not something you should expect to hear very often.
 
IMO it might be:

I can't marry you. You are ill-matched about me.

IMO it might be:

I can't marry you. You are ill-matched about me.
"Ill-matched" does not mean the same as "illicit". Also, "about" is not the right preposition.
