Hi. I'm writing a script. Mike is home alone. He thinks he hears a sound and goes downstairs to investigate. He finds nothing, and is about to head back upstairs, when he notices something...

The framed family photo of him, Lena and Olivia on the dresser. He looks at it suspiciously. Did someone move it?

Is 'suspiciously' fitting here? Or can't you be suspicious of a photo. Thanks.

It fits. He looked at it wondering if someone had entered and touched it.

Edit: It doesn't mean he's suspicious of the photo. It means he looked at it suspiciously, wondering if someone had moved it.

Thanks. Unnecessary. Thank us after we help you, by adding the "Thanks" icon to any response you find useful.
