Please would you take a look at these sentences and correct my mistakes.

1. He sat on the beach, thinking that instead of idling, he should be repairing his home.
2. It would have been better if she had listened to her father's advice and practiced more.
3. He must have seen the traffic lights, but he could not remember anything.

Is there a particular reason why you think your sentences contain mistakes?

There is no particular reason. It is conditional sentences which still cause me problems, although I know all the rules. So I just wanted to see if I have made some mistakes regarding these sentences.

1. He sat on the beach, thinking that instead of idling, he should be repairing his home. Remove the first comma. I prefer "making repairs to his home" or "doing DIY at home".
2. It would have been better if she had listened to her father's advice and practiced more. :tick:
3. He must have seen the traffic lights, but he could not remember anything. He can't remember anything at all or he can't remember seeing the traffic lights?

See above.

In the third sentence I wanted to say:
He must have seen the traffic lights, but he could not remember anything at all.

I hope this is correct.

It's correct if it fits the context. The comma is optional - I would omit it.
