The sentences above sound grammatically incorrect. How to say a person has been working in a company for a long period.
 
You pretty much answered your own question.

He has worked here (for) quite a long time.
He has worked here (for) a long time.
He has been working here (for) quite a long time.
He has been working here (for) a long time.
 
Once again, mampwamp, I'd like to know where you find these sentences you ask about. Most of them are rather odd in some way.
