Hi. Do we say "the 4th session of something was held at somewhere or held at somewhere"?

Hi. Do we say "the 4th session of something was held at somewhere or held at somewhere"?

Your question is not clear. You have used "held at somewhere" both times. Please give the two versions of a complete sentence that you are querying, and then we will be able to help.

Here are two versions: "Today, the 4[SUP]th[/SUP] session of the State Commission on Coordination of the events dedicated to the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide held at Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex" and "Today, the 4[SUP]th[/SUP] session of the State Commission on Coordination of the events dedicated to the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide was held at Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex."

You need "was".
