Monica: There's nothing to tell! He's just some guy I work with!
Joey: C'mon, you're going out with the guy! There's gotta be something wrong with him!
Chandler: All right Joey, be nice. So does he have a hump? A hump and a hairpiece?

P.S.: Monica's friends wanted to know who she is going on a date with. (Friends TV Show)

I am not sure about the bold part. That is, in the Netflix, the subtitle is " It is just some guy I work with!" but in another site it was different: that bold part. Which one is correct?

Both "He's" and "It's" are possible. Without watching the original episode, it's impossible to say. I prefer "He's" but that doesn't mean that's what Monica said.

It isn't very important- what matters is the guy here.
