Why does the guy on the right say we must stop it?

I have got two questions about the YouTube recording.

(i) Why does the guy on the right (without earphones) say we get to stop it? Is it clear from the context?
(ii) Why does the guy on the left (with earphones) say at 0:14-0:26?

He means stop the joke, where he says "Say hi, Dan" and then Dan says "Hi, Dan".
