Sue and I are friends but we never met each other before last night. We added each other because Sue is a public school teacher and one of her students was once tutored by me. I invited Sue twice for dinner but we didn’t meet up because she was busy, but last night at an English club with 20 people we met. I was happy to see her and catch up with her by saying:

Hey finally!

The intended meaning is: After we’ve known for such a long time we finally met! I felt very happy even though we haven’t had dinner together yet.

After chatting for a while, we talked about Dora. When I tutored her, she was only nine years old but now she is 17. So I think probably Dora would change her English name to a more mature one, I asked Sue:

Is she still named Dora?

Are both my italic sentences natural? Please help me with a better version.

The intended meaning is: After we’ve known for such a long time, we have finally met! I felt was very happy even though although it's a shame we haven’t had managed to have dinner together yet.

After chatting for a while, we talked about Dora. When I tutored her, she was only nine years old but now she is 17 no full stop here so I think thought probably Dora would she might have changed her English name to a more mature one. I asked Sue:

Is she still named Dora?

Are both my italic sentences natural? Please help me with a better version.
See my various changes above.

Both sentences are grammatically correct. The first is pretty natural for the context. The second isn't very natural. I might ask "Does she still go by Dora?" or "Is she still called Dora?" It's just as well you explained why you were asking that question because it would be a very odd question in most countries I know. People don't just change their names here so there would be no reason to ask someone if their ex-student was now called something else!
