Which one of the following sentences is more appropriate?

1) His pay is not commensurate with his qualifications.

2) His pay is not commensurate to his qualifications.

This site claims that 'with' is used after 'commensurate' in 90% of cases, 'to' in 9 %.

I use 'with'.

I'd use 'with' as well, but I'm only mildly bothered by 'to'.
