Please tell me what "hobby keeper" means. I have no idea what it means.

Please provide the context in which you found "hobby keeper". It does not seem to be a commonly used phrase.
Thank you for asking. Actually, this word didn't appear in a sentence; it was just one of the choices on an entrance exam question. It wasn't the correct answer, but I couldn't figure it out even after looking it up, so I wanted to know if it has any common meaning.

Can you remember the question and any of the other answer options?

“Hobby keeper” (or more commonly, a hobbyist beekeeper) refers to a person who raises bees on a small scale, usually for pleasure, educational interest in ecology, or personal honey consumption, rather than as a primary source of income. 🐝🐝🐝

No, it's not the correct answer, which is c. In fact, it seems that the test writer made it up just for the purposes of writing the question.

You can pursue or keep a hobby but I haven't heard of "hobby keeper". "Hobbyist" is also used.
I appreciate your answer.
