How an Assertive Sentence can be change to an exclamatory one?

Could you please explain how an Assertive Sentence can be change to an Exclamatory one?

I liked the sound of her voice.
I love the hills.
She had beautiful eyes.
My father used to avoid all inessential comforts and luxuries.

If that is the reason you suspect then please show me the way to convert such sentences with your own examples. At first I did not have mentioned any example but wanted you to show me way with any examples you prefer.

If I could have done this, I would not have waited since 11th June.2017
I have seen other members' posts and prompt responses they receive from you. But my post has not been treated like them. At first I did not mention any examples, just wanted to know the proper procedure. I did not get answer. Next I was asked to show examples, but unfortunately those were assumed as exercises from practice books. Next I replied that just show me the way with your own examples. Still I was treated with less significance.

I have gone through the page and learnt the 2 different forms of Exclamatory Sentence. But I could not understand how an assertive sentence can be changed to an exclamatory one. Converting an Exclamatory seemed possible, but what type of exclamatory word should be added to make an assertive into Exclamatory?
If there are simple verbs.. i.e like, love, play, accept, reject, avoid etc.. OR adjectives like beautiful, good, nice, hot, cold, tall etc, how shall I make such sentences exclamatory? I can’t use how, what everywhere.

For example –

The boys likes hills.
My brother always play cricket.
He rejected all applications.
OR
The flower is beautiful
The dress is good.
Her voice is nice.

I can’t make them as..

What a beautiful is the flower!
What a good dress is this!

If I do so, the meaning of the above mentioned assertive sentences would be like..

The flower is very beautiful
OR
The dress is very good.

Now advise, how one can change such sentences.

Now, I got the proper answer. Native speakers do not 'change' assertive sentences into exclamatory ones.
It seems, the forum could have given this simple answer many days ago, without wasting valuable time. The time of all the members, who have at least put “thumps us” after reading each post reply. It took total 21 days to come to this conclusion. Now my question is, does it always happen that any enthusiastic learner has to prove that the questions he has put here are not from his homework or text book? and “he would be answered only after he proves that they are not from his homework or text book.”
I am not a regular visitor nor I make many many posts every day. Thus have only 38(probably) posts. When I feel really need I come to you to clear my confusion, but this time, my enthusiasm decreased unfortunately.

I think that part of the problem here is that native speakers do not 'change' assertive sentences into exclamatory ones.

If we are being effusive, we might say such things as

How I liked the sound of her voice.

How I love the hills.

What beautiful eyes she had.

Lord, how my father used to avoid ... .

In short, yes, we have to be as certain as we can be that we are not helping students to cheat by getting help with their homework or assignments. Also, as I stated in posts #8 and #11, we expect learners to make an attempt themselves. We don't just spoonfeed answers.

Love the hills would be an exclamatory sentence. I said something like that recently when I saw the South Downs from a friend's window. I was talking about those hills, not hills in general.
