How does she breath WITH that thing in her nose.

I saw a women with a huge nose ring. Kind of like the one in the picture. I said:
"How does she breath with that thing in her nose."

I'm not sure about the use of 'with' in this context, even though I said it subconsciously. Do we use 'with' this way. Other sentences I said before:
"You can't attend the meeting with your hair looking like that."
"He came to the meeting with his pants all the way up to his chest."

You've used the preposition right, but you misspelled a verb. The spelling hints at the pronunciation, at least for someone well acquainted with the guidelines of how English spelling tends to relate to pronunciation.
