I don't know what you're trying to ask us here but that's not grammatical or understandable. Do you mean something like "Is this a suitable question formation for a beginner?"
“How long are have you been working here?”
Start a sentence with a capital letter.
Don't put a space after opening quotation marks.
Don't put a space before closing quotation marks.
 
kader008 is saying that he or she is a beginner and is asking how to say this:

How long have you been working here?

This sentence uses present perfect continuous, which is generally considered to be intermediate level grammar.
