[General] how to improve my listening.

Hello everyone,

I have a serious problem. I have been improving my language for about 5 months. Unfortunately, everything has improved except listening, so does anyone know how can I improve it?

My problem is I can't catch words easily. I know their phonetics, though. For instance, I hear Mind 'maaaaen'
in case of a bad quality, I don't hear anything! :-(

IGCSE. I have all the exams anyway, but they are not enough to improve my listening I cannot manage to understand the whole conversation said.
