I found one twenty-first sounding strange, so could this be the wrong pronunciation, or is one twenty-oneth the correct way?

How about 1/22, 1/23, 1/32, 1/33 etc. twenty-twoth or twenty-second..

Thanks.

"one twenty-first", "one twenty-second", etc. are correct.
"one twenty-oneth", "one twenty-twoth", etc. are incorrect.

However, mathematicians are more likely to say "one over twenty-one", etc.

I am not a mathematician so, for me, they are one twenty-first, one twenty-second, one thirty-third etc.

However, mathematicians are more likely to say "one over twenty-one", etc.

...and statisticians are more likely to say "One in twenty-one." (4.76%)

------
It's a joke. I'm not a teacher.
