I need to have my computer fixed. I want to ask our computer technician for help. But it is just a spare computer, not in hurry. How to ask him for help and also let him know that it is not an emergency case? Thanks.

There's no need for special words. Just say,"Could you fix my spare computer, please? It's not urgent."

How about Could you fix my computer, please- no rush

Or "when you get a chance."
