I have enclosed a receipt for $20 with respect to my train ticket (2 ways). Could you please send me a cheque to reimburse me.
 
You have used reimburse correctly, but I will edit some other parts of your sentences:

I have enclosed a receipt for my return train ticket, which cost $20. Could you please send a cheque to reimburse me?
